Recently, a few of my pieces were accepted into the Annual Instinct Gallery Juried Exhibition. The show was at
Instinct Gallery located inside the
Des Moines Social Club downtown Des Moines Iowa. The exhibition jurors were
Frank Hansen and
Jim Duncan, and ran from March 10-31. I had two charcoal drawings accepted and one acrylic painting.
A few friends and family came down for the reception to enjoy art, food, and a fun night downtown Des Moines.
It was an honor to be chosen to be a part of this show. I look forward to submitting more pieces to future shows in the area and beyond! - Mimi
